n connection with a booster operatedat the power house end of the line, a feeder running direct to thebattery and the line being fed by feeders from this point. Before THE WILSON TROLLEY CATCHER COMPANY, ofBoston, Mass., exhibited the Wilson trolley catcher in the hall,but by far the best and most impressive exhibit of this companywas on many of the cars of the Detroit United Railway system. THE SIMPLEX ELECTRIC HEATING COMPANY, ofCambridgeport, Mass., made an exhibit of heaters in the spaceof the Ludlow Supply Company. THE PENNSYLVANIA STEEL COMPANY made no heavyexhibits, but showed models of an adjustable split switch withangle-bar reinforcements, the Challenge switch, the Long safetyswitch stand, the New Century switch stand, the anvil-faced frogand the spring frog. Blue prints of complicated special work doneby this company, were shown, and also pictures of the worksat Steelton, Pa., the Niagara Bridge and the Goktiek Viaduct,Burma, India.
