Our Electrical Demonstration Car Joins in Celebration of the Fourth to be hauled over the new road. It wasplaced on a siding just in back of the depotwhich is in the center of town and thereopened for inspection. A very busy day wasspent entertaining a large number of interestedpeople, who strongly expressed themselves ashaving found pleasure and profit therefrom.The day was hot, the thermometer registering105 degrees in the shade, but electricitythrough the medium of the many electric fanskept us all cool in the car. Strikingly evidentand appropriate on such a day was the littleice machine in the car making ice while you waited and defying old Sol in keeping thepipes snow-white with frost. The opportunities for entertainment abouttown were many during the entire day, yetit is safe to say that we led the list in attrac-tions, for the attendance was conservativelyestimated at over one thousand persons.
