These vests were found by Explosive Ordnance Marines of Combat Service Support Company (CSSC)- 117, Regimental Combat Team 7, 1ST Marine Division, in a schoolyard located in the Baghdad suburb of Ziona. These devices were to be used to inflict civilian and coalition forces casualties during Operation IRAQI FREEDOM.
