U.S. Army Capt. Jeremy Steward, Task Force Rakkasan Rule of Law attorney from Breinigsville, Pa., stands with a few of the more than 100 members of the Afghan legal community who attended the Task Force Rakkasan Continuing Legal Education conference Sept. 25-29 in Kabul, Afghanistan. Judges and prosecutors from Eastern Afghanistan travelled to the Kabul University School of Law to attend the five-day course endorsed by the Afghan Supreme Court and the Attorney General of Afghanistan.
