Dr. Charles F. Allans Examinations scored an immediate success. Thefirst edition was sold in a few months. In this plan of keeping records of exam-inations, Dr. Allan states that his object is not to give the patient a reminder ofthe state of his or her teeth at the time they were examined, but to keep the . record for his own use. To this end he has the diagram shown above printedon leaves (one side only) 5^x7^ inches.
