Station Oak Island Safety Day Expo

OAK ISLAND, N.C. - Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Leonard Posluszny, a crewmember of Coast Guard Station Oak Island, demonstrates the proper way to prepare to throw a heaving line during the station's 7th annual Expo and Safety day here, April 28, 2012.
