OKINAWA, Japan (Feb. 14, 2008) Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5 help students of Higa Elementary School learn English by practicing simple phrases. This volunteer work is part of the battalion's community relations (COMREL) program. While deployed, the Seabees are encouraged to participate in these COMREL events to improve relations with local Okinawans.
