US COAST GUARD SAFETY INSPECTION
Summary
New Bedford, MA (March 1)--Kevin Coyle, fishing vessel safety coordinator for Marine Safety Office Providence, RI., inspects a life ring for good working condition. In the distant background, the fishing vessel Cape Fear which sank in January 1999, taking two lives, is moored to a buoy.
