Reserve du Domaine New York State sparkling wines

description

Summary

Reserve du Domaine sparkling wines are made in the heart of the New York State Vineyards. Rich, succulent Niagara grapes are picked and crushed in the area's most renowned vineyard. Partially matured in grand oak casks, the wine is then bottled to await the completion of the fermentation process. Each bottle is turned over 500 times during fermentation to assure a superlative sparkling wine. Thus, Reserve du Domaine Sparkling Wines are fully fermented in the bottle, rather than using the more commonplace bulk process. Champagne (Brut) - Reserve du Domaine champagne possesses the rich characteristic of shimmering champagne. Tart to the tongue but sweet to the senses. It is incomparable to any champagne on the market today. Cold duck - Reserve du Domaine cold duck is a perfect combination of the grace of champagne and the full-bodied, robust taste of sparling burgundy. Cold Duck is sweeping the country in popularity. Here is a truly fine cold duck produced by the firm which was one of the originators of the product itself.
