SAN DIEGO (Nov. 19, 2010) Rear Adm. C. Forrest Fiason III, commander of Naval Medical Center San Diego, makes opening remarks at the grand opening of the Overcoming Adversity and Stress Injury Support (OASIS) residential program at the Naval Medical Center San Diego campus at Naval Base Point Loma. OASIS is a new treatment program that provides intensive mental health care for service members with combat related mental health symptoms such as post traumatic stress disorder, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders and substance abuse problems.
