Petty Officer 2nd Class Isabel S. Caporale honored as nation's top recruiter

Petty Officer 2nd Class Isabel S. Caporale, was honored today at Coast Guard Headquarters with her mother and father by her side as the nation's top recruiter for the five military services. Caporale is assigned to Recruiting Office Newark, N.J., where she averaged 6.5 enlistments per month during Fiscal Year 1999. She enlisted 23 new recruits in the month of September alone.
