Postcard photo promoting the Northern Pacific Railway. The company actively tried to promote food products from the Pacific Northwest on their trains. Here they were promoting Pacific Northwest salmon, which was on the menu of their dining cars eery day, along with the "Great Big Baked Potato", which was also grown in the Pacific Northwest.
