Hun hadde sertifikat p. g. a. at hun kjørte ut grønnsakene på liten lastebil, bl. a. til fast torgplass på Hamar. Derfor var hun Stanges antagelig første kvinnelige «drosjesjåfør», da bilen ble leid til kjøring for andre.
