Frank Fenton was the runner-up in the first tennis handicap tournament in held Upper Arlington's Miller Park on Labor Day, 1918. Frank's performance was notable since he was only fourteen years old at the time. With a handicap of 30, he defeated several adult men for the second place title. Frank later moved to Hollywood in the 1930s, where he became a screenwriter.
