Eric Weinman, from Joint Base San Antonio–Lackland, Texas, begins setting up his team's signal jammer, Dec. 9. 2016, which is part of their solution to the 2016 Air Force Research Laboratory Commanders Challenge held at the Nevada National Security Site, Las Vegas, NV.
