Summary
The escutcheon shows two eyes; it is topped by a diadem and two pastoral staffs and is held by two angels. Maltese cross behind the escutcheon. An angel holds a miter and a cardinal's hat on top. The supporting angel at right holds a standard with the crossed keys in his left hand; trophy of arms at the bottom.
