Summary
Details of a design for woven shawl with Indianizing motifs, including paisley. Decoration consists of stripes. The two broadest stripes are decorated with rinceaux of the same design but of different colorings of the blossoms and buds. Only these are shown in the left stripe. The narrow stripes beside the broad ones show rosettes alternating with indistinct motifs. At right follows a stripe with a rinceau with many blossoms of various sizes. The stripe is framed by two narrow ones with leaves on waved stems.
