Summary
Clasp knife blade with hinge element, rivet pin, and marked with three characters, "- (V) (I)". This knife bears the registered mark of William Parker, a Sheffield knife maker, active from 1739 to circa 1784. This knife resembles French-style clasp knives of the 18th century, but this particular blade is of English manufacture. It was recovered by park archeologists in 2007. The blade measures 12.9 cm long.
