WHT-C-W. AMERICAN EXPEDITIONARY FORCES HEADQUARTERS SERVICES OF SUPPLY EMBARKATION ORDERS NO. 15. January 15, 1919. EXTRACT Par. 28. Pursuant to authority contained in telegram from GHQ, AEF, dated [November] 17, 1918, Contract Surgeon Esther E. Leonard, Medical Department, Base Hospital No. 115, AEF, whose services are no longer required in the AEF, will proceed to Headquarters, Base Section No. FIVE, AEF, reporting upon arrival to the Commanding General, for transportation to the United States, reporting upon arrival thereat, to the Commanding General, Port of Embarkation, for further orders.
