California Army National Guard Sgt. The troops, like Mingram, who is also qualified as a 94F Computer/Detection Systems Repair, a 94R Avionic and Survivability Equipment Repair and a 25B Informations Systems Operator Analyst, reported around 2 a.m., performed maintenance on their vehicles and received briefings about what to expect. This is the first training that solely focuses on moving the vehicle specialists and their hauling machines into position to respond to a state emergency.
