WASHINGTON - A group of 10 different youth delegates representing the Boy Scouts of America visit with Alan Metzler, Deputy Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Homeland Security in Washington, D.C., March 8, 2017. Metzler and the Scouts talked about their views of leadership and the importance of teamwork, discipline and personal values.
