WASHINGTON - Tyler Schutt, the National Youth Representative for Law Enforcement Exploring is one of 10 different youth delegates representing the Boy Scouts of America who visited with the Department of Homeland Security senior leadership in Washington, D.C., March 8, 2017. Alan Metzler, deputy chief of staff to the Secretary of DHS talked to the Scouts about leadership and the importance of teamwork, discipline and personal values.
