ANOTHER DINNER GOWN

"This handsome black dinner gown is of lightweight velvet. The foundation of white taffeta is finished with a ruffle of silk set under a ruche of white chiffon. The skirt is ornamented with panels of handmade black insertion, the girdle and shoulder ornament are of the same black lace. The lace is set over white chiffon. The sleeves are puffs of black chiffon over white chiffon and silk."
