An Afghan man weighs jujubest on a scale before completing a sale at a Farah City market, Jan. 13. Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) Farah visited a bank nearby to discuss small business development and growth initiatives in Farah. PRT Farah's mission is to train, advise, and assist Afghan government leaders at the municipal, district, and provincial levels in Farah province Afghanistan.
