AIRMAN First Class William Holguin, a member of the 7th Aerial Maintenance Squadron from Dyess Air Force Base, Texas monitors the fuel flow to a C-130 transport aircraft bound for Tuzla Air Base. Holguin has had to endure the winter conditions that are presently crippling Ramstein Air Base as well as Tuzla. Hard work and dedication of this airman and others in his squadron got equipment and personnel to their destination with only minimal delay
