Summary
This broadside is an appeal to "the pious women of Ulster" for contributions to the Boston and Philadelphia anti-slavery fairs and is accompanied by an explanation of the differences between the Liberty and Garrison parties. The laws penalizing the teaching of colored people are quoted in full.
