For many people, a trip to Cape Cod National Seashore is not complete without a visit to the beach. The National Park Service manages six swimming beaches, providing restrooms and showers and lifeguards from late June through Labor Day. In addition to water recreation, the beaches provide opportunities to observe wildlife, such as shorebirds and seals.
