View from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Whitten Building of Dave Megerle, completing a day of rigging setup on the tip (pyramidion) of the Washington Monument on Tuesday September 27, 2011. The rigging will be used by a four-person that will rappel down the four sides of the monument and help document damage from the August 23, 2011 5.8-magnitude earthquake and following storm weather.
