Thomas Frederick Scales war während des Ersten Weltkriegs Neuseelands offizieller Kriegsfotograf in Großbritannien. Diese Gruppe von Bildern (Negative aus trockenem Glas) wurden in den Jahren 1918 und 1919 aufgenommen. Sie zeigen neuseeländische und australische Truppen bei zwei Siegesparaden; der Lord Mayor's Procession, die kurz vor der Unterzeichnung des Waffenstillstands am 11. November 1918 stattfand, und dem Siegesmarsch der Dominion-Truppen im Mai 1919.
