SAN DIEGO (Aug. 02, 2016) Hershel Woodrow "Woody" Williams and his two daughters, Travie and Tracie Ross, were welcomed by many at the keel laying ceremony at the Nassco Shipyard in San Diego. The ceremony dedicated a U.S. Navy ship after the World War II veteran, whos is the last surviving Medal of Honor recipient from the Battle of Iwo Jima.
