description

Summary

Chief Builder Billy Harger, originally from Pearl City, Hawaii, receives a hug from a spectator during the 65th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival, Feb. 3, 2014. Harger is the captain of the 2014 Navy Misawa Snow Sculpture Team, which is creating a frosty, 3-D version of the U.S. Navy Seabee's "Fighting Bee" logo for the 65th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. This is the 31st year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a delegation of sailors to the festival to create a sculpture, and to serve as U.S. Navy goodwill ambassadors.
