US, British, and Saudi Arabian personnel discuss the off-load of a Russian AN-124 aircraft on the tarmac at Prince Sultan Air Base, Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. The aircraft was used to return the partially dissasembled US navy EP-3E aircraft that was forced to make an emergency landing on China's Hainan Island.
